What's the difference between a pre-order and an in-stock order?
A pre-order means you're reserving an item that is not currently in stock but will be available soon. Pre-ordering ensures that you secure your hair extensions before they officially arrive, especially for popular styles or limited stock.
An in-stock order refers to items that are currently available in our warehouse. These orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Am I eligible for a discount when placing a pre-order?
Yes! All pre-orders will automatically receive 5% off. If you've signed up to be notified when pre-orders go live or subscribed to our emails, you'll receive an additional exclusive 10% off discount code via email to use at checkout on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, pre-orders are available for UK orders only. We currently do not ship internationally, however, are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Pre-orders require 5-8 working days for processing and up to an additional 3-5 working days for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Pickup is available for local customers within a 50-mile radius of our Yorkshire-based location.
How does the Pickup option work?
If you're located within a commutable distance of our Yorkshire collection point, you can select the Click & Collect option at checkout. Simply enter your postcode during checkout to check if Click & Collect is available. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you with collection details. Just bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when you come to collect your items.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
No, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. As these items are reserved specifically for you, we are unable to offer cancellations or changes. Please ensure you are certain before placing a pre-order.
What if I order in-stock items with my pre-order?
If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same transaction, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, all our delivery options come with tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
What if there’s a delay?
While we aim to meet all timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to supply or courier issues. We’ll notify you promptly if there are any changes to your delivery timeline.
Are pre-order items returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of pre-orders, all sales are final. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
